Position Overview
Ayika Sciences is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Manager who can grow B2B sales, develop new clients, and manage key accounts in the hygiene, skincare, cosmetic, and wet wipes segment.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new B2B leads and convert them into long-term clients
- Handle corporate sales for wet wipes, personal care, and hygiene products
- Develop distributor, retailer, and institutional networks
- Manage client meetings, product presentations, and negotiations
- Coordinate with production and dispatch teams for timely delivery
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Prepare sales reports, market analysis, and competitor tracking
- Explore private label and third-party manufacturing opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 3–7 years of experience in FMCG / Personal Care / Hygiene sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in B2B sales and client handling
- Good understanding of market expansion and business development
- Must be target-driven and self-motivated
- MS Excel and CRM knowledge preferred
