We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer with deep expertise in HR Service Delivery (HRSD) to design, develop, and maintain HR workflows and automations on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless HR service delivery, robust integrations, and adherence to best practices. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain HRSD workflows, UI policies, client/server scripts, and business rules Implement integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs Customize and enhance HR modules to meet evolving business requirements Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance optimization Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment Ensure compliance with best practices, security standards, and high-quality deliverables Required Skills: ServiceNow HRSD, JavaScript, Client/Server Scripts, Workflows, UI Policies, Business Rules, Integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, ITSM, Agile, Problem-solving & Analytical Skills Qualifications & Experience: 7+ years in ServiceNow development, with strong focus on HRSD Proven track record of delivering scalable, efficient, and secure ServiceNow solutions
