Job Summary
Parsvnath Technologies is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts & HR Executive to handle day-to-day accounting, payroll coordination, HR operations, and office administration activities. The ideal candidate should be organised, responsible, and willing to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities: Accounts & Finance
- Maintain daily accounting entries and bookkeeping
- Prepare purchase and sales invoices
- Handle GST billing, petty cash, and vendor payments
- Assist in bank reconciliation and basic accounting reports
- Coordinate with CA for GST, TDS, and compliance work
- Maintain records using Tally and MS Excel
HR & Administration
- Manage attendance and leave records
- Assist with payroll coordination
- Handle employee onboarding and documentation
- Maintain employee files and HR records
- Support recruitment and interview scheduling
- Assist in general office administration work
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, BBA, HR, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in Accounts and HR operations
- Basic knowledge of Tally, GST, MS Excel, and payroll processes
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Manufacturing industry experience will be an added advantage

₹17,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience and skills)
