Job Summary
We have been a designer and manufacturer of Pipe Expansion bellows and Joints for more than 26 years.
Business development executives are required at our office located in Anand, Gujarat.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Do market exploration for new enquiries
- Send mailer or company information to potential customers
- Review received customer enquiries
- Where designing involved, send it to design head for necessary design calculation & cost estimation
- Interact with customer if any further detailed needed or query for capability to manufacture & deliver
- Discuss with top management for commercial, manufacturing capability & delivery schedule
- Send quotation to customer
- Follow – up with customer for order & negotiate if necessary
- Receipt of customer order – verbal, email, hard copy
- Prepare internal sales order & share with production, purchase, QC
- Monitor the production schedule trekking with production & QC for timely delivery of products
- Arrange for customer visit or 3rdparty inspection if part of the contract
- Send Six monthly customer feedback form to all customer for determining perception of customer satisfaction
- Follow up with customer for timely payment
- Liaison with customer & internal processes if any formal / informal customer complaints & resolve as per customer satisfaction
- Review the data collected for order lost analysis, trend of customer satisfaction, on-time delivery of order
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline, Experience of Sales and Marketing of Expansion Bellows Joints or similar products is preferable.
