Responsibilities:
A General Manager will be responsible for managing all operations within a country. This involves taking responsibility for profit, revenue, cash, and quality targets while working under the directives of the corporate team. The objective of this role is to have a representation in the country especially in FMC/partner setup. He/She will manage the smooth functioning of the QMC across the country in line with the company image and meeting the goals and targets as set by the Regional Head/Head Operations. He/she is the key person responsible for creating a brand identity for Stemz Healthcare in his country and liaise with partners/other stakeholders in the country as and when required. He/She will be responsible for relationship management and work closely with the local team while having approx.5 direct report & manage a team size of approx.60- 100 employees in full capacity. As a Stemz representative, he owns the P&L for all centers in his country and needs to keep a close eye on the budgets and expenses across all offices.
Role Specifics
Complete ownership of the P&L for the assigned country(s)
Overall responsibility of business operations in the country
Initiate and monitor performance by way of Internal audits; so as to improve the existing processes
Innovating new systems for optimum Centre functions
Responsible for developing teams skills and productivity
Responsible for setting up new business units in the country as per the agreed expansion plan and within budgets
Ensuring standards for Quality, Customer Service and Health & Safety are maintained
Work closely with the corporate team to implement all operational strategy
QMC Centre specific:
Developing and maintaining a relationship with Diplomatic Mission and Partners in the country
Manage effective coordination of all divisions in the country
Handle emergencies

Reports to the Head Operations
The person will have approx.5 direct report & manage a team size of approx.60-200 employees
Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
