Job Description
A leading Skill Development Institute is looking for an experienced Technical Training Head to lead its technical training division. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in both academic and corporate training environments, with a proven track record in skill development and EdTech/training institutes.
Experience Required
✔ Must have exposure to academic + corporate training environments
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage technical trainers and faculty teams
- Design and implement industry-relevant training programs
- Bridge gap between academia and industry requirements
- Conduct workshops, bootcamps, and hands-on sessions
- Develop structured curriculum for emerging technologies
- Collaborate with academic institutions and industry partners
- Ensure strong learning outcomes and placement readiness
- Monitor and improve training quality and delivery standards
