CIMERO is hiring CRM / Dealer Support Executive for dealer calling, WhatsApp follow-up, retailer loyalty CRM and repeat order support.
Responsibilities
- Call dealers and distributors
- Send catalogue, schemes and product updates on WhatsApp
- Manage retailer loyalty CRM data
- Follow up for repeat orders
- Record complaints and coordinate resolution
- Maintain dealer database
- Share daily calling report
Requirements
- Strong Hindi communication required
- Calling and follow-up experience required
- Excel / CRM knowledge preferred
- Polite, persistent and organized
