Job Summary:
Pioneer Packaging Industries Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a responsible and experienced Store Manager (Lady Preferred) to manage overall store operations efficiently. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining inventory records, handling inward and outward materials, coordinating with departments, and ensuring smooth store management operations.
The ideal candidate should have knowledge of store operations in the manufacturing/production industry along with familiarity in inventory systems, documentation, and vendor coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day store operations efficiently.
- Maintain proper records of inward and outward materials.
- Monitor stock availability and ensure timely reporting of shortages.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Dispatch, and Accounts departments.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of materials and finished goods.
- Maintain inventory reports, stock registers, and MIS records.
- Conduct regular stock verification and inventory audits.
- Ensure proper documentation of GRN, challans, invoices, and stock entries.
- Maintain discipline and smooth workflow within the store department.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and inventory control policies.
Required Skills & Knowledge:
- Knowledge of store and inventory management in manufacturing industry.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, inventory software, and MS Excel.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities.
- Ability to handle inventory planning and stock management efficiently.
- Problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Qualification:
- Graduate/Diploma in Store Management, Supply Chain, Commerce, or relevant field.
Experience:
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Store Management preferred.
- Experience in Packaging or Manufacturing Industry will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
