We are a premier Aviation Ground School based in Indore, dedicated to training student pilot aspirants for their DGCA commercial pilot license examinations. We are looking for a highly knowledgeable and dedicated Ground Instructor specializing in Aviation Meteorology, Regulations and Technical General.
This is a strictly offline, in-person instructional role at our academy in Indore.

- Location: Geeta Bhawan, AB Road, Indore
Key Responsibilities
- Classroom Instruction: Deliver high-quality, engaging, and comprehensive offline lectures on Aviation Meteorology to student pilots. Must prepare for notes or presentations before start of academics.
- Syllabus Compliance: Ensure all lesson plans and teaching materials align perfectly with the current DGCA syllabus, keeping track of any recent exam updates or regulatory changes.
- Lesson Planning: Demonstrate proficiency in curriculum structuring, lecture planning, and creating effective training aids.
- Student Assessment: Conduct regular topic-wise tests, mock examinations, and progress evaluations to ensure students are fully prepared for their DGCA papers.
Job Requirements & Qualifications
- License Requirement: Must be a Commercial Pilot License (CPL) holder
- Experience: Prior experience teaching aviation subjects is highly preferred.
- Location & Relocation: Must be willing to relocate to Indore. This role requires 100% physical attendance at the institute; remote or hybrid teaching is not available.
- Tools: Must possess and bring your own laptop for lecture presentations and data management.
- Skills: Excellent communication, strong presentation skills, and a professional, disciplined approach to training young aviators. Weekly student report is a must.
