Archish Fertility is seeking a Quality Executive to ensure consistent clinical and operational quality standards across all Bangalore branches. The role requires regular travel between centers to conduct audits, monitor compliance, and support quality improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular quality audits across all branches in Bangalore.
- Ensure compliance with ART regulations and other applicable healthcare quality standards.
- Ensure SOP adherence at each branch
- Monitor documentation, records, and quality logs across centers
- Identify gaps/non-conformities and drive corrective action plans
- Coordinate with branch teams (clinical, lab, front office) on quality protocols
- Prepare audit reports on quality and compliance practices.
- Travel to assigned branches as per audit/review schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- 1–3 years of experience in healthcare quality/compliance (freshers with strong academics can also apply).
- Knowledge of quality accreditation processes preferred.
Skills Required
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently between branches
- Proficiency in MS Office/documentation tools
Timing: 9:30 to 5:30
Days: Monday to Saturday
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
