Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
Manage employee exit formalities, full & final settlement, and exit interviews.
Maintain employee personal files and statutory records.
Manage attendance, leave, shift scheduling, and monthly payroll processing.
Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, labour laws, statutory filings, Factory Act (DISH), and Shops & Establishment act regulations.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures as per organizational and legal requirements.
Coordinate with internal departments and government authorities for HR and compliance activities.
Requirements
Qualification: MSW / MBA HR
Experience: 3–5 Years
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Willing to travel
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
