Experience: 2 – 8 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Work on development, customization, and support of PeopleSoft applications
- Design and develop solutions using PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interface, and SQR
- Handle PeopleTools upgrades, enhancements, and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements
- Provide techno-functional support for modules like HCM / FSCM (as applicable)
- Debug and resolve application issues, ensuring system stability and performance
- Create and maintain technical documentation
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in PeopleCode and PeopleTools
- Hands-on with Application Designer, Application Engine, Integration Broker
- Good understanding of PeopleSoft architecture
- Experience in SQL / Oracle database
- Exposure to functional modules (HCM / Finance) is a plus
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Preferred Skills:
- Experience in PeopleSoft upgrades or implementations
- Knowledge of reporting tools like PS Query / BI Publisher
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
