Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-oriented, and self-motivated fresh graduates to join our Client Support team. As a Client Support Executive, you will be responsible for assisting clients with their queries, providing timely support, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to build a career in customer support and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to client queries via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels in a professional and timely manner.
- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues to the relevant team when required.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up until issues are resolved.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure prompt resolution of client requests.
- Assist clients with product or service-related information and basic troubleshooting.
- Build positive relationships with clients by providing courteous and effective support.
- Ensure all client communications are handled professionally and in accordance with company standards.
- Learn the company's products, services, and processes to provide accurate information to customers.
- Support the team in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Perform other support-related tasks assigned by the reporting manager.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, BMS, BA, B.Sc., BCA, or equivalent).
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with internships or project experience in customer service, client handling, or communication-based roles will have an added advantage.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
