Position: TPA cum Billing Executive / Sr. Executive
Key Responsibilities:
Insurance verification and coverage validation
Pre-authorization submissions and approvals
Insurance claims processing and follow-up
Patient billing and insurance assistance
Documentation and record management
Coordination with insurance companies and internal departments
Patient communication and support throughout the claims process
Compliance with insurance regulations and company policies
Claims reporting, audits, and reconciliation support
Eligibility:
Bachelor's Degree
1–5 years of experience in Hospital Billing, TPA Operations, Insurance Claims, or Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management
What We're Looking For:
* Strong understanding of cashless and reimbursement processes
* Knowledge of insurance policies, claim settlements, and hospital billing
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Attention to detail and commitment to compliance
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
