The purpose of this role is to create solution architectures for systems and platforms ensuring all relevant options are explored for time, cost and compliance to the company’s standards, policies and practices while meeting the business’ requirements. The role will oversee the delivery of the enterprise solution for dentsu APAC business, shepherding it through the relevant governance.
Job Description:
Key Accountabilities

Work closely with business stakeholders and gather requirements for business platforms

Evaluate and propose architecture and design options for business platforms per organizational needs & aligned to the enterprise architecture; - Comply with all governance and due diligence, timelines and cost, applicable to the solution

Evaluate project constraints to find alternatives, alleviate risks, and propose process re-engineering if required

Translate business requirements into a detailed technical design, including system components, data flows, and integration points, including input into the company's standard reference models

Review and support Test Strategy, Integration strategy, Business Work Instructions, etc.,

Complies with all governance and due diligence applicable to the solution

Walkthrough the to-be solution through forums such as 'Business Playback', architecture review board, design review forums. Address solution related questions, concerns from the business. Provide suitable solutions/workarounds

Guide development teams throughout the project lifecycle

Continuously research emerging technologies and propose changes to the existing architecture
Professional Knowledge/Skills
-
10+ years’ practical experience in D365 Project Operations, Customer Engagement (Sales) and Finance and Operations,
- 8+ years’ experience in ERP and/or CRM Implementation projects
-
Certifications – D365 Solution Architect or Functional Consultant Associate certification mandatory.
- Certification in TOGAF is an added advantage

Experience supporting System Integration using Microsoft, Snaplogic or other middleware

Cloud technology experience with Azure Cloud infrastructure and networks

Experience delivering using Agile methodologies

Experience with Continuous Integration/DevOps methodology using Azure DevOps
-
Experience in ITSM processes (InM, PrBM, ChGM, SRM) toolsets such as ServiceNow.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to explain complex technical details clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, fostering understanding and collaboration.
