- Responsible for day-to-day Front office operations.
- To greet and welcome all guests with smile.
- To ensure Welcome Drink is served to all guests on arrival.
- To coordinate with Housekeeping for room cleaning and ensure departures are made on time.
- To promote and upsell guest rooms.
- Responsible for sending courtesy messages to check in guests a day prior.
- Responsible for note down temperature of all checking in guests.
- Responsible for checking the status of vaccination of all checking in guests.
- Responsible for smooth and check in and check out process.
- Responsible for driving Spa revenues.
- Responsible for taking feedback and converting reviews on Trip Advisor.
- Responsible for answering calls and ensure completion of the request.
- To follow up for pending credit amounts with guests.
- Responsible for submission of C forms of foreign tourists within 24 hours of check in time.
- Responsible for making and sending monthly reports.
- Responsible for NC bills filing.
- Responsible for accurate night audit process.
- Responsible for screening arrivals in advance for special instructions , proper room allocations.
- To ensure Lobby upkeep in terms of look and feel.
- To ensure all stationary and accessories are well stocked.
- To ensure First Aid Box is up to date at all times.
- To ensure all guest complaint are immediately attended.
- All Guest complaints to be recorded and escalated to all concerned.
- To ensure Duty roster is in place and shared with team.
- To ensure proper Log message is updated in each shift.
- To ensure real time check in and check out.
- To ensure Lobby music is ON as per SOP.
Qualification - Any Hotel Management Degree / Diploma / Course
