We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a willingness to learn, and a passion for sales and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify new leads.
- Reach out to prospective clients via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Schedule meetings and follow up with potential customers.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and update the CRM regularly.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Fresher to 1 year of experience in Sales/Business Development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in a target-driven environment.
