We are looking for a highly versatile and creative Copywriter who can bridge the gap between traditional storytelling and digital engagement. Role Overview
As a Copywriter (Mainline + Digital), you will be the creative voice behind our client portfolios. You will conceptualize and execute end-to-end creative campaigns, writing copy for traditional mediums (Print, TVC, Radio, OOH) as well as modern digital ecosystems (Social Media, Performance Ads, Websites, and Web Films).
Key Responsibilities1. Mainline & Conceptual Copywriting (Traditional Media)
- 360-Degree Campaigns: Brainstorm and develop big, conceptual hooks and campaign ideas alongside the Art and Design teams.
- Scriptwriting: Write engaging scripts and create narratives for Television Commercials (TVCs), radio jingles, corporate documentaries, and brand films.
- Print & OOH: Craft sharp, memorable, and high-impact headlines and body copy for newspapers, magazines, brochures, leaflets, and billboards.
2. Digital Copywriting & Content Creation
- Social Media: Write engaging captions, static ad copies, and interactive scripts for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Performance Marketing: Create high-converting copy for Google Ads, Meta Ads, and programmatic banners, focusing on strong Calls to Action (CTAs).
- Website & Long-Form: Draft clear, SEO-optimized website copy, landing pages, emailers, and informative blogs that align with the brand’s identity.
3. Strategy & Client Management
- Brand Voice Maintenance: Understand diverse client briefs and establish a unique, consistent tone of voice for each brand.
- Presentations & Pitches: Collaborate with the client servicing team to prepare and present creative ideas for new business pitches.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 2–5 years of copywriting experience in a fast-paced advertising agency handling both mainline and digital accounts.
- Portfolio: A stellar portfolio showcasing live work (must include a mix of print ads, video/film scripts, social media grids, or digital campaigns).
- Language Skills: Impeccable command over English and Hindi (written and spoken) with an eye for clever wordplay and localization.
- Adaptability: Ability to switch writing styles instantly—from formal corporate reports to casual, witty social media trends.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Advertising, English, Journalism, or a related field.
