Job Summary
Urban Land Products is looking for a confident and smart Telecaller – Sales to handle outbound sales calls, follow-ups, and customer communication. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a positive, sales-oriented approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Follow up with leads and generate sales opportunities.
- Explain products/services clearly and address basic customer queries.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead status.
- Build and maintain good customer relationships.
- Achieve assigned calling and sales objectives.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, inside sales, or customer handling.
- Freshers with good communication and confidence are welcome.
- Smart, confident, and persuasive while speaking with customers.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable with outbound calling and regular follow-ups.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain call records.
- Hindi and English communication skills preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
