Job Summary
We are looking for an HR Cum Admin Executive to manage day-to-day human resource and administrative activities. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee records, attendance, payroll coordination, office administration, and ensuring smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs.
Prepare appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other HR-related documents.
Coordinate employee engagement and welfare activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Handle employee grievances and support performance management activities.
Administration
Manage office administration and housekeeping activities.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
Maintain stationery and office supplies inventory.
Handle travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and vehicle coordination.
Maintain records of assets and office equipment.
Ensure proper filing and documentation of administrative records.
Support management in day-to-day operational activities.
Coordinate with different departments for smooth functioning of the office.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any relevant field.
1–5 years of experience in HR and Administration.
Good knowledge of recruitment, payroll coordination, and office administration.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality.
Preferred Skills
Experience in manufacturing or solar industry will be an added advantage.
Knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
