Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Business Development
- Identify and generate potential business leads through market research, networking, cold calling, emails, and other outreach activities.
- Qualify prospective clients and assess business opportunities.
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of leads and business prospects.
- Support the sales team in achieving business development targets.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to provide appropriate solutions.
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to strengthen client engagement and retention.
Sales Coordination & Support
- Schedule and coordinate client meetings, presentations, and follow-up discussions.
- Assist in preparing business proposals, presentations, quotations, and sales documentation.
- Track sales activities and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
- Support the team in managing the sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain and update client databases, lead trackers, and CRM records.
- Generate sales reports and business activity reports as required.
- Monitor lead conversion progress and provide updates to management.
- Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting of business metrics.
Market Research
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify emerging business opportunities.
- Analyze customer needs and industry trends to support business growth initiatives.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve lead generation strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with prior experience in sales coordination, business development, lead generation, or customer relationship management will have an added advantage.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
- Positive attitude, self-motivation, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Lead Generation and Cold Calling techniques.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
- Basic understanding of sales and business development processes.
- Experience in customer interaction or tele-calling will be an added advantage.
Language Requirements
- Proficiency in English is preferred.
- Knowledge of any regional language is an advantage.
