AntWork Consultants LLP is a Growth & Expansion Consulting firm specializing in Franchise Development, Investor Acquisition, Brand Representation, and Business Expansion across PAN India.
We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Brand Servicing Executive who can manage client relationships, coordinate franchise expansion activities, and ensure seamless execution of expansion projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned franchise brands.
- Manage end-to-end client servicing throughout the franchise expansion journey.
- Coordinate with internal teams including Marketing, Performance Marketing, Franchise Sales, Legal, Design, and Operations.
- Conduct regular review meetings with clients and provide project updates.
- Track deliverables, timelines, and project milestones to ensure timely execution.
- Coordinate franchise lead flow between marketing and sales teams.
- Prepare and present Monthly Marketing, Recruitment & Representation (MnR) reports.
- Follow up with clients for approvals, feedback, documents, and pending deliverables.
- Maintain project trackers, CRM records, and client communication logs.
- Ensure smooth execution of Franchise Development Programs (FDP) and expansion strategies.
- Assist in preparing business presentations, proposals, and expansion plans.
- Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and strengthen long-term relationships.
- Escalate critical issues to management and ensure timely resolution.
Required Skills
- 1–5 years of experience in Client Servicing, Account Management, Business Development, or Franchise Consulting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
- Good presentation and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
- Ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills.
Preferred Experience
Candidates with experience in any of the following industries will be preferred:

Knowledge of franchise business models, franchise recruitment, and investor acquisition will be an added advantage.

Compensation
- Salary: As per market standards (based on experience and skills).
