About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Architectural Sales Executive to develop strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, builders, and other industry professionals. The candidate will be responsible for generating project leads, promoting our premium/imported marble, granite, and natural stone products, and driving showroom visits and sales.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and builders.
Regularly visit architects and interior design firms to promote company products.
Introduce and promote premium/imported marble, granite, and natural stone.
Generate project leads and architect references for the showroom.
Follow up on ongoing and upcoming projects to identify sales opportunities.
Bring potential clients and project leads to the showroom.
Understand project requirements and recommend suitable products.
Coordinate with the showroom sales team for lead conversion and order closure.
Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and ensure good customer relationships.
Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
Maintain records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, and project status.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in Architectural Sales, Project Sales, Business Development, or B2B Sales.
Experience in marble, granite, natural stone, tiles, building materials, or interior products will be preferred.
Strong network/contacts with architects and interior designers will be an added advantage.
Good knowledge of premium/imported marble and granite is preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills.
Strong field-sales and client-handling abilities.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
Candidates with strong sales/business development experience from related industries may also be considered.
Key Objective
Build a strong network of architects and interior designers, generate qualified project leads, increase showroom footfall, and convert opportunities into sales.
Salary
₹50,000 – ₹70,000 per month, depending on experience, skills, and existing industry network.
