Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Sales Girl to assist customers in our clothing shop. The ideal candidate will help customers find suitable apparel, maintain store presentation, and contribute to achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Assist customers in selecting clothing, sizes, colors, and styles.
- Answer customer questions about products, prices, and promotions.
- Arrange and display merchandise attractively.
- Replenish stock on shelves and racks as needed.
- Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Handle billing, cash, card payments, and issue receipts when required.
- Assist with inventory management and stock counting.
- Inform customers about new arrivals, offers, and discounts.
- Support the team in achieving sales goals.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous retail or clothing store experience is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
