Job Summary:
The 3D Visualizer is responsible for creating high-quality 3D models, renders, and visual presentations for architectural and interior design projects. The role involves converting design concepts into realistic visual outputs for client presentations and execution understanding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create realistic 3D models and renders for architectural and interior projects.
- Develop detailed views, walkthroughs, and presentation visuals.
- Prepare furniture layouts, material mapping, lighting, and texture applications.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, and project teams.
- Modify designs and renders as per client feedback and management instructions.
- Ensure timely delivery of all visualization work.
- Maintain design quality, accuracy, and presentation standards.
- Prepare mood boards and conceptual visualization when required.
- Handle rendering software and post-production editing efficiently.
- Maintain organized project files and backups.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in software such as:
- 3ds Max
- SketchUp
- V-Ray / Corona
- Lumion / Enscape
- AutoCAD
- Photoshop
- Revit (preferred)
- Good understanding of materials, lighting, and space planning.
- Strong visualization and creative skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines.
Qualification:
- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Animation, or related field.
Experience:
- 1–5 years of relevant experience (as applicable).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
