Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter who has strong experience in recruitment and hiring processes. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a good understanding of hiring strategies, and hands-on experience with both paid and unpaid job portals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and hiring process
- Source candidates through various job portals, social media platforms, and references
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
- Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates
- Manage job postings across multiple hiring platforms
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records
- Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Coordinate with department heads regarding hiring requirements
- Ensure timely closure of open positions
- Assist in onboarding and joining formalities of selected candidates
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of recruitment and hiring process
- Experience using paid & unpaid job portals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of candidate screening and interview coordination
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and HR tools
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously
- Professional approach and strong coordination skills
Preferred Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline (HR background preferred)
- Prior experience in recruitment, consultancy, or agency hiring will be an added advantage
Experience:
Freshers with strong communication skills can apply
Experienced candidates will be preferred

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
