Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Interior Project Coordinator cum Site Supervisor to support the planning and execution of interior projects. The ideal candidate will coordinate between site teams, vendors, clients, and internal departments to ensure smooth project progress and timely completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients regarding project updates and requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for material procurement and delivery.
- Coordinate with contractors, site supervisors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct regular site visits and support projects until final handover.
- Assist in tracking project timelines and ensure milestones are achieved.
- Maintain and update project documentation and status reports.
- Support material selection and ensure alignment with approved designs and quotations.
- Identify and report site issues, delays, or design concerns to the Project Manager.
- Maintain weekly and monthly project progress reports.
- Work closely with the Interior Design team to clarify drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with the accounts/admin department for payment follow-ups and documentation.
Requirements
- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in residential interior project coordination or site supervision.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel to project sites.
Skills Required
- Strong coordination and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and site execution processes.
- Ability to read and understand drawings.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Time management and deadline-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in Auto CAD, Sketchup, MS Office and project tracking tools.
- Willingness to travel to project sites.
