Job Description:
Cee Pee Marbles is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to expand our market presence and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate should have strong market knowledge and the ability to build and maintain relationships with Architects, Engineers, Builders, and Contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new business opportunities and increase company sales through market expansion
- Meet and connect with Architects and Engineers to build long-term professional relationships
- Bring new Architect & Engineer (A&E) associations to the company
- Promote company products and projects to architects, engineers, and construction professionals
- Conduct regular market visits and gather competitor and market insights
- Achieve monthly group targets as assigned by the management
- Participate in weekly review meetings with the team
- Coordinate with the internal sales and showroom team for lead conversion
- Maintain proper records of meetings, visits, and client interactions
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development or sales (construction/building material industry preferred)
- Strong market knowledge and networking skills
- Ability to meet and interact confidently with Architects and Engineers
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Target-oriented with a proactive approach
- Willingness to travel locally for market visits
