Preparing interview schedule, conveying schedule /decisions , follow up of candidates
Managing candidate onboarding process along with all the formalities (Documentation)
Drafting and formalizing induction program
Conducting Induction for new joiners
Tracking their performance / improvements
Assessing the training needs and accordingly conducting the training program
Adhering to Statutory compliances like ESIC, PF, PT, TDS etc.
Nurturing a positive working environment and Timely reporting/giving feedback to higher management
Overseeing office infrastructure , reporting exceptions to the concerned person
