Job Title: Back Office Executive / Administrative Executive (Fresher)

Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office / Administrative Executive (Fresher) to support our day-to-day administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, well-organized, and comfortable handling documentation, data entry, and coordination activities. Training will be provided for all responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle Ticket Booking for employees (travel arrangements such as flight/train/hotel bookings)
- Prepare and manage Purchase Orders (PO)
- Generate and maintain Invoices
- Perform Statement Expenses Entry and maintain accurate records (Data Entry)
- Coordinate and process GIFT SEZ ID Card applications and renewals
- Assist with Banking-related work, including Account Opening and documentation
- Purchase materials from online platforms (Amazon, Gift Vouchers, and other required items)
- Maintain and organize documents and records (physical and digital)
- Support general administrative and back-office operations
Requirements
- Fresher candidates are welcome
- Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Management preferred but not mandatory)
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Email communication
- Good organizational and coordination skills
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks
- Good communication skills
