Position: Direct Sales Executive
Experience: 3–6 Years (Real Estate Experience Mandatory)
Job Responsibilities:
- Generate and convert leads through direct sales activities.
- Meet potential customers and explain residential/commercial projects.
- Conduct site visits and property presentations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Follow up with prospects until closure.
- Coordinate with the CRM, Sales, and Marketing teams.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.
- Stay updated on the local real estate market and competitors.
Requirements:
- 3–6 years of experience in Real Estate Sales (Mandatory).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong closing and customer-handling abilities.
- Must have knowledge of property sales processes.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and confident.
- Own vehicle and valid driving license preferred.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
