Video Editor (Talking Head Videos Only)
Important: We are only looking for video editors with proven experience editing Talking Head videos (coaches, educators, creators, consultants, podcasts, and personal brands).
If your experience is primarily in wedding videos, cinematic edits, travel videos, gaming, vlogs, music videos, or other editing styles, please do not apply.
Responsibilities
- Edit high-quality Talking Head videos for YouTube, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social media platforms.
- Transform raw footage into engaging, fast-paced, and retention-focused content.
- Create smooth cuts, pacing, zooms, transitions, and visual storytelling to maximize audience engagement.
- Add captions, subtitles, motion graphics, animations, callouts, lower thirds, and visual elements that enhance the viewing experience.
- Perform color correction, color grading, audio cleanup, sound design, and background music synchronization.
- Organize and manage raw footage, project files, and editing assets efficiently.
- Edit videos according to scripts, creative briefs, and content strategies.
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines, editing style, and visual identity.
- Collaborate with the content and creative team to implement feedback quickly and accurately.
- Deliver projects within deadlines while maintaining high quality and attention to detail.
- Stay updated with current social media editing trends, audience retention techniques, and platform best practices.
- Ensure exported videos are optimized for different platforms and formats.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Are you comfortable working remotely from Monday to Saturday (8–9 hours/day)?
- During the probation period, the salary range is ₹25,000–₹30,000 per month (based on skills. and assessment). Are you comfortable with this?
- If shortlisted, are you willing to complete a paid/unpaid video editing assessment as part of the hiring process?
- Upon successful completion of the 3-month probation period, compensation will be reviewed based on your performance, quality of work, ownership, and overall contribution.
