Job description
We are looking for ambitious professionals having minimum 2 years of expeirence in FMCG sector to join us as Field Sales Executives. The role is based across Tamilnadu and will focus on building strong distributor and retail networks.
- Drive sales growth and meet monthly targets.
- Appoint and manage distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
- Ensure product visibility and market penetration.
- Implement promotions and organize customer engagement initiatives.
- Collect and analyze market intelligence for competitive advantage.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven and target-oriented personality.
- Previous sales/marketing experience preferred.
- Providing regular sales performance reports.
