Shape strategies that enhance student success metrics, retention, satisfaction, and placement outcomes.
Coordinate with residential life, counseling, student clubs, and mentorship programs.
Promote a culture of belonging, integrity, inclusion, and ethical conduct.Service & Institutional Contribution Serve on Institute committees.
Support accreditation, rankings, and quality frameworks.
Evidence of impactful teaching, mentoring, and curricular publication record in premier venues and clear research agenda.
Experience in academic administration, student affairs leadership, or program management.
