Administer SAP Datasphere tenants, spaces, quotas, user groups, roles and resource allocations.Configure, maintain and monitor SAP and non-SAP connectivity, including OData, ODBC and JDBC integrations.Manage data products, datasets, replication processes and virtualisation activities.Govern semantic models, views, lineage documentation, version control and change management processes.Monitor and optimise platform performance, data loads, storage utilisation and query execution.Implement and maintain role-based access controls, audit processes, data privacy controls and compliance requirements.Lead incident resolution, root cause analysis and preventive action planning.Coordinate platform releases, SAP updates, patches and feature deployments.Administer SAP Analytics Cloud tenants, licensing, provisioning and environment management across development, test and production landscapes.Manage user access, teams, folders, authorisation structures and identity integrations using SSO, SAML and enterprise directories.Govern SAC content including models, stories, dashboards, planning artefacts and analytic applications.Monitor system health, refresh schedules and performance of live and acquired data connections.Provide L2 and L3 support, knowledge management and platform best practice guidance.Collaborate with SAP BW/4HANA, S/4HANA, SAP HANA, BTP and non-SAP data source teams.Support automation initiatives, monitoring frameworks, CI/CD processes, backup strategies and disaster recovery activities.Maintain operational runbooks, governance standards, architecture documentation and data catalogue records.Engage with business and technical stakeholders to deliver platform services in line with agreed SLAs.
