We are looking for a motivated Education Enrollment Executive who can connect with potential students, guide them about our programs, and help them complete their enrollment. This role is ideal for candidates who are confident in communication and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact leads and introduce them to our courses
- Understand student requirements and suggest suitable programs
- Handle admission inquiries and guide students through the enrollment process
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested candidates
- Achieve monthly enrollment targets
Performance KPI:
- Minimum 150 calls per day
- Proper lead follow-up and update status regularly
Eligibility:
- Graduate in any stream
- Experience in Ed-Tech or telesales preferred
- Freshers with strong communication skills can apply
- Ability to convince and close admissions
Compensation:
Salary up to ₹10,000 per month + performance incentives
Working Schedule:
Tuesday to Sunday
11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
