About the Role
We are seeking a passionate, knowledgeable, and student-centric PGT Physics teacher to inspire and prepare students of Classes XI & XII. The ideal candidate should possess strong subject expertise, excellent classroom management skills, and the ability to simplify complex concepts through practical, activity-based learning aligned with the CBSE curriculum.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Physics to students of Classes XI & XII as per the CBSE curriculum.
- Prepare engaging lesson plans using experiential and inquiry-based teaching methodologies.
- Conduct laboratory experiments and ensure adherence to laboratory safety protocols.
- Assess student learning through assignments, practicals, projects, tests, and examinations.
- Provide academic guidance and mentorship for Board Examinations and competitive exams such as JEE, NEET, and Olympiads.
- Integrate technology and digital tools to enhance classroom engagement.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and student progress.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student performance and development.
- Participate actively in school events, examinations, PTMs, co-curricular activities, and professional development programmes.
- Collaborate with colleagues to promote interdisciplinary learning and academic excellence.
Eligibility Criteria
- Master’s Degree (M.Sc.) in Physics from a recognized university.
- B.Ed. from a recognized institution (mandatory for CBSE schools as per applicable norms).
- Minimum 3–5 years of teaching experience in a reputed CBSE/ICSE school (experience teaching Classes XI & XII preferred).
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Proficiency in educational technology and digital teaching platforms.
