Service Team Leader
Location: Near Alamgir Gurudwara, Ludhiana, Punjab
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Gross)
Job Requirements - B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
Strong leadership and team management skills -Ability to handle service operations and customer support
Preferred Industry Experience - Heavy Machinery Industry - Fasteners - Auto Parts
Responsibilities
Lead and supervise the service team
Plan and coordinate installation, maintenance, and breakdown service activities
Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints Maintain service reports and documentation Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient service delivery
