Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to manage customer interactions, ensure high levels of satisfaction, and build strong, long-term relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will act as a key point of contact between the organization and its customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and in-person interactions
- Maintain positive relationships with customers by providing timely and effective support
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and empathetic manner
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and service quality
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems regularly
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Provide information about products/services and assist customers with bookings or requests
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with management for improvement
