#Hiring: Executive / Senior Executive – Products (Life Insurance)
Location: Goregaon, Mumbai

We are looking for enthusiastic professionals from the Life Insurance industry who are keen to build a career in Product Management. Candidates with experience in Sales, Business Development, Underwriting, Operations, or related functions are encouraged to apply. Direct product experience is not mandatory; candidates whose current roles align with the requirements and who are eager to learn and grow in the Products domain are welcome
Key Responsibilities: Support end-to-end product launches, filings, and regulatory compliance Conduct UAT, product testing, and post-launch validations Coordinate with Compliance, Actuarial, IT, Operations, Marketing, and Legal teams Assist in developing and testing sales tools, calculators, and product collateral Perform competitor benchmarking, MIS reporting, and business analysis Prepare BRDs, Change Requests, and support process enhancement
Required Skills:✔ Life Insurance domain knowledge✔ Understanding of IRDAI regulations and compliance✔ UAT & System Testing✔ Project Coordination & Stakeholder Management✔ Advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint & Word✔ Strong Analytical and Communication Skills
