Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage accounts finalization, including preparing financial statements, balance sheets, and tax returns (GST & TDS).
- Ensure timely submission of taxes and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Oversee finance and accounting operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to accounts payable/receivable.
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 8-10 years of experience in finance and accounting role, preferably in an NBFC industry.
- Postgraduate degree (M.Com) from a recognized university; Chartered Accountant certification preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Balance Sheet finalization, Taxation laws in India.
Required Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com).
- M.Com / MBA Finance preferred.
