- Troubleshoot technical issues related to
- VPN Drivers O365 Active Directory
- Operating systems basic networking
- Microsoft Office and other productivity tools
- Work on ticketing tools such as ServiceNow Remedy or Control M
- Own the issue analyze and provide efficient timely resolutions
- Ensure every customer interaction adds value and leaves them satisfied
