Job Summary:
Ferromonk Steel Structure Pvt Ltd is hiring a Quality Supervisor to support and monitor quality control activities in the PEB manufacturing process. The role involves inspection, documentation, and coordination with production to maintain required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in shop floor quality inspection activities
- Perform basic incoming, in-process, and final inspections
- Check materials and components as per drawings and specifications
- Identify defects and report quality issues to senior team members
- Maintain inspection reports and quality records
- Coordinate with production team for quality compliance
- Ensure proper use of measuring tools and instruments
- Follow safety and quality guidelines
Required Qualifications:
- Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical / Production Engineering
- 1 to 2 years of experience in quality (freshers with strong knowledge can also be considered)
- Basic understanding of fabrication drawings
- Knowledge of measuring tools (Vernier caliper, micrometer, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of quality concepts
Skills Required:
- Attention to detail
- Willingness to learn
- Good communication skills
- Basic MS Excel knowledge
- Team coordination
Preferred:
- Exposure to PEB / steel / fabrication industry
- Basic knowledge of welding quality
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
