Digital Marketing Manager
SecWebXperts Pvt Ltd is hiring a full-time Digital Marketing Manager with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing. This is a fully remote position open to candidates based in West Bengal only. Salary is ₹28,000 – ₹30,000 per month.
About the Role
We are looking for a self-managed, result-oriented professional who can independently handle multiple client accounts, run paid ad campaigns, and develop content strategies focused on lead generation and conversions. The ideal candidate has agency experience and is comfortable working remotely without supervision.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Manage lead generation and conversion-focused campaigns across multiple client accounts
- Create monthly content calendars and generate ideas for posts, reels, and ad creatives
- Write ad copies, captions, and basic marketing content
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROI
- Prepare monthly performance reports for clients
- Coordinate remotely with design and development teams as needed
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Strong campaign optimization and performance analysis skills
- Knowledge of audience targeting and funnel strategies
- Content planning and basic copywriting ability
- Experience managing multiple client accounts in a digital marketing agency
- Strong time management and remote communication skills
Preferred Tools
- Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Canva or Adobe tools (basic level)
- Buffer or Hootsuite
