Job Summary
We are hiring a Marketing Executive for Ayurvedic hospital promotions under CGHS and ECHS panels. The role involves field marketing, card distribution, and enrolling government scheme patients into hospital services.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit CGHS/ECHS dispensaries for card distribution and promotion
- Enroll eligible patients under hospital services
- Build relationships with dispensary staff and coordinators
- Ensure continuous patient engagement and follow-ups
- Maintain daily reports (cards distributed, patient interactions, conversions)
- Coordinate with Head Office for campaigns and patient management
- Ensure compliance with CGHS/ECHS guidelines
Requirements
- Experience: 5–6 years in healthcare marketing / hospital promotion
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Knowledge of CGHS/ECHS processes preferred
- Basic MS Excel / reporting skills
- Field work experience is mandatory
Additional Information
- Daily reporting at Head Office is required after field work
- On public holidays, staff must report to Head Office for coordination and patient follow-ups
- Performance-based incentives applicable
