We're looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who can take complete ownership of Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, optimize performance using data, and consistently deliver quality leads and ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.
- Manage lead generation campaigns across Website Leads, Lead Forms, Sales, Event Registrations, and Remarketing.
- Scale campaigns while maintaining lead quality and achieving target CPL and ROAS.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize audiences, creatives, bidding strategies, and budgets.
- Manage monthly advertising budgets of ₹5 Lakhs or more.
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, landing pages, and campaign structures.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly campaign performance reports.
- Analyze campaign data and provide actionable recommendations to improve performance.
- Create dashboards and reports using Looker Studio and Google Sheets.
- Coordinate with designers, content writers, developers, and project managers for campaign execution.
- Attend client meetings when required to explain campaign performance and recommendations.
- Stay updated with Meta Ads, Google Ads, AI tools, and the latest digital marketing trends.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on Performance Marketing experience in a digital marketing agency.
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Proven experience generating qualified leads for service-based businesses.
- Experience managing advertising budgets of ₹5 Lakhs or more per month.
- Strong understanding of campaign scaling, optimization, audience targeting, and conversion tracking.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple client accounts.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Takes complete ownership of assigned projects without constant follow-up.
