- Prepare and cook authentic South Indian dishes as per hotel standards and recipes.
- Ensure food quality, taste, presentation, and hygiene at all times.
- Plan daily mise-en-place and maintain adequate stock of ingredients.
- Monitor kitchen cleanliness and follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely preparation and service of food.
