Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our team as Trainee Engineers. This role is designed to build a strong foundation in engineering design, product applications, and client coordination
within the MEP industry.
The selected candidates will undergo a structured training program for the initial 6 months, gaining exposure to both technical design and techno-commercial aspects of the business, with the objective of
developing a well-rounded skill set.
Key Responsibilities
· Assist in preparation of engineering drawings and layouts for MEP support systems
· Support design team in AutoCAD and BIM-based coordination
· Learn product applications and assist in solution development
· Participate in internal project discussions and coordination activities
· Support site visits and assist in understanding project execution requirements
· Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand end-to-end project flow
· Maintain project documentation and technical data
· Continuously learn about MEP systems, design practices, and industry standards
Requirements & Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in mechanical / electrical/ civil engineering or related field
· Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience
· Basic understanding of engineering fundamentals
· Knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred
· Exposure to BIM tools (Revit, Navisworks, etc.) will be an added advantage
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
· Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment
· Willingness to travel for site exposure
