Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Store Manager to oversee day-to-day store operations. The ideal candidate should have strong inventory management skills, maintain accurate stock records, coordinate with different departments, and ensure smooth material movement while following company procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of inward and outward materials.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability.
- Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile inventory.
- Coordinate with the Purchase, Production, and Accounts departments.
- Maintain proper documentation, including GRN, issue slips, and stock registers.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and preservation of materials.
- Monitor slow-moving and non-moving inventory.
- Follow FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
- Maintain housekeeping and safety standards in the store.
- Lead and supervise the store team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 3 to 6 years of experience as a Store Manager or Store Executive in a manufacturing company.
- Good knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.
- Experience with ERP software (Odoo, SAP, Tally ERP, or similar).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
