Supervise daily hospital operations and ensure smooth functioning of all departments.
Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and administrative teams to deliver quality patient care.
Monitor clinical protocols, patient safety standards, and infection control practices.
Ensure compliance with NABH guidelines, statutory requirements, and hospital policies.
Handle patient grievances and resolve operational issues promptly.
Maintain accurate medical records and oversee documentation processes.
Plan staff schedules, monitor attendance, and support recruitment and training initiatives.
Conduct regular departmental meetings and performance reviews.
Coordinate with pharmacy, laboratory, and support services to ensure uninterrupted patient care.
Prepare operational reports and present key performance indicators to management.
Assist in quality improvement initiatives and hospital accreditation activities.
BAMS degree from a recognized institution.
Valid registration with the State Medical Council.
3–4 years of experience in hospital administration or medical supervision.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Good knowledge of healthcare regulations, documentation, and quality standards.
Proficiency in MS Office and Hospital Information Systems (HIS) is preferred.
Team management and leadership.
Patient relationship management.
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Knowledge of NABH standards and healthcare compliance.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities.
